Below is a GREAT resource for glass - it's the Corning glass museum. There
is a section of extensive educational resources ready for print-out
(illustrations, etc.).

I tried to find a site for Bullseye Glass Co., which produces the glass most
often used for fusing. Wasser produced the other (my favorite) but I think
they are no longer producing. Bullseye surely has a website, and they'd be
the first place I'd look for a video on kiln-forming.
