I use the Ross Art Paste, too. For papier mache and tissue paper collages I
dilute a box to 2 gallons, after it has thickened. The papers absorb the
thinner liquid more readily and I've never had a problem with adhesion. At
about $1.50 a gallon, it can't be beat.
