Hi Linda

Yes, that is it. Originally they used different earth tones, but
nowadays they use bright paint. It is usually done for a special
occasion such as a wedding.

As for pronounciation? Let's try.
Nde the e pronounced as in bed
be " " "
le " " "
The emphasis is placed on the 'de'
