Very Special Arts is an international organization that develops and
provides arts activities for people with disabilities. A number of the
state Very Special Arts state organizations have done some work on
tactile arts for the blind. Judging from your e-mail address, you're in
New York state, and there's both a New York state Very Special Arts
organization as well as one in New York City.

Call the national office at (202)628-2800 at the Kennedy Center for a
contact name and number in New York.
