I have to agree with Duffy that Mark always seems to be upbeat. Did I miss
something?

I love hearing about those positive reactions from students. Note to Alix,
too. Great story. WE need to be considerate of other's ideas. Too much
negativity is poison.

Duffy: you don't sound too hard; it seems like you have a handle on
clasroom management. i agree with you; no throwing,no rough housing, etc.
etc. In fact, in our dept. We have students sign a sheet of rules which
mostly cover respecting each other, and not doing anything that would be a
detriment to another.
