I realize this is not the answer to your question, but hope you might find
this information useful. A professional artist/computer wizard friend of mine
suggests printing your 720x720 dpi images on the reverse side of paper
designed for thermal copiers. He says the results are not quite as good as
printing to the specially coated papers, but is comparable at a fraction of
the cost. Haven't tried it yet myself, but I trust his opinion.
