Artistic is the result of having been praised by peers, parents, etc
and then practice, practice, practice. Just like making a basket
takes practice by an athlete.
Some coordination is needed and the ability to see and be aware of
your surrounding. but mostly the desire to get that praise,or another
word for praise could be communication. The ability to communicate
your art to the viewer in such a way that they understand. Sometimes
the praise, or communication can come just from yourself.

Creativity is not artistic. Some creative minds never practice,
practice practice, they spout off the top of their heads. Creativity
is the result of confidence in ones ideas and the I don't give a damn
what people think of me. Creativity is fluid, flexible, and unusual
ideas. Putting together things that do not go together. Creativity
does not even need to be put into artistic expression.
