We are soon to be blessed with eight new Power Mac computers in the art
department of our middle school. They have 12 megabytes of ram and are to be
equipped with Color Style writers (System 7.5.5). The installed software
includes Aldus SuperPaint 3.5, Easy Color Paint, Kid Pix, Print Shop Deluxe,
Tesselmania, Hyperstudio and ClarisWorks 4.0. The whole setup will be
located in a room adjacent to one of the three art rooms.
We all know we are extremely fortunate and want to make the most of the
situation. Is there anyone out there who can help us with curricular
material appropriate for the 6th, 7th and 8th grades? Does anyone have any
hot tips on additional peripherals we might work toward? What are some of
the things we should be wary of/excited about? In short, HELP!
