Try mixing Elmer's white glue (1/2&1/2) with black paint OR, better yet,
buy BLACK Elmer's and draw over slowly on transparency with bottle (small
tipped) of mixture like you would with making stained glass window leading.
When dry, paint areas left with stained glass paint. Cover edges with black
tape. Make super easy "stained glass window" projects that wear well with
time, unlike tissue paper! Quick, easy and almost "no fail".
