I need your help. Last night my internet provider informed me that my site,
The Incredible Art Department, was receiving too many hits for their server
to handle. They pulled the plug on the site for the weekend and will
possibly pull the plug permanently next week. If there are any art
organizations on this listgroup that wouldn't mind me moving the site to
their server, it would be appreciated. I would be willing to put a banner
listing the hosting company and/or server. Your server would have to be
able to handle 45,000 hits a week from my site (1,500-2,000 visitors a week)
My site is not a money-making venture and its sole purpose is to promote
the arts and provide resources for the student, teacher, and parent.
Currenly, the site is listed in Luckman's Internet Yellow Pages, WebNow
magazine, Computers and the Family magazine, and others. Please e-mail me
as soon as possible if anyone can help.
