Creative Funding Idea

Recently I visited the National PTA site and found something which is easily
adaptable to art programs. It was called adopt a classroom. My version
might be "adopt an artist." This could be similar to the recent entry on
"prints as birthday gifts". Parents or community members pledge $5 or $10
per month per class to fund the purchase of materials or
prints/transparencies. This concept has potential!
