Hello from Ohio! I'm John Scott and teach high school (9-12) general
art on a half-time basis (my second year teaching). I just joined the
ArtsEdNet last week, so bear with me! One of my colleagues, Lynda Elias, is
planning a show in November exhibiting postcards that she has received from
anywhere around the world. The only qualifications she has are that it's a
signed original work and has a postmark or cancelled stamp on it --- that's
it - no size or material limits. I suggested to her that we ask you all to
participate if you have time, and she thinks it's a great idea.
I know how busy we all are, but it is good for us to get away from
instruction and back to creating our own work - so if you can spare a
postcard-sized work, please mail it to:

Mention that you got the information here in your message (if you
include message space)!!!!!

C'mon - participate and have a good time!

The exhibit will be at the Delaware Cultural Arts Center, November,
1996. Postcards should arrive no later than September 15th for inclusion in
the show. Thanks!
