[teacherartexchange] Seattle Question

Is there a procedure for getting reimbursed for materials used in a
hands on workshop ?
Or, do I just turn in the receipts at the conference ?

Does anyone know about where to ship materials to at the conference ?
We decided to
fly to Seattle and need to ship my supplies.
