Re: [teacherartexchange] ArtStor database

HI All,

Locally as Art Educators we are able to sign up free through the Philadelphia Museum of Art Education Department. It is an incredible resource that my district could never afford to use otherwise.

Check with your local museum too see if they offer a similar option.

Have any of you used the ArtStor data base? My school is considering
subscribing, but it is very expensive. I'm also wondering if you have
used the new Google Art Project in the classroom. It looks promising!
Thanks for your advice,
Donna in Maryland
