[teacherartexchange] sink comment

I just had to comment on Betty B's remark about having a sink with a
trap she could clean herself. It oddly comforts me to know that I am
not the only one out here doing the maintenances and cleaning, etc. The
things I've fixed myself over the years just so it would get done would
fill volumes. I am apparently not alone.
