[teacherartexchange] painting "lifter" instead of caps

Hi all:

Caps are always a pain to raise tiny items. I have found the metal
racks from inside toaster ovens and the baking racks that cakes/cookies
are cooled on are wonderful for lifting small items to keep them from
sticking.

The racks are usually available at dollar stores--often 2/$1. the ones
that are grids instead of rows are even better. We use for spraying
small or large clay pieces, Haiti house type pieces, shrinky dinks, etc.
