"On Thursday night Mr. Govan surprised the crowd by unveiling plans to
build a 161-foot-tall outdoor sculpture by Mr. Koons: a replica of a
1940s locomotive that hangs from a crane. If realized it would
dominate the museum entrance, much as his flowering "Puppy" sculpture
does at the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, Spain."
