Thanks Judy for addressing this issue.

For Ohio:
While we no longer have required minutes required, we do have Visual Art Standards. The state DOES require that districts provide students a way to achieve those standards.
How will your district prove that they are doing this?
What assessments will they show the state?
There are other ways to approach this than just minutes required. Get to know your laws and state educational operating standards. (different from educational content standards).
