need expert advice on Mac computer

At our school, we are switching Internet service from
Static IP's to Dynamic OHCP.

We need to know where the IP address is located on
the Mac computer and how do we change it to
Dynamic?

Can anyone help us?

These (Fractals) are fantastic.  I can see this as a concentration project in A.P. or just a fun project.  Does anyone know how these are done?  Are they planned? drawn?,painted? taken from science? Space, the final frontier?  If anyone knows please respond.
