Well, first of all, thanks Judy. I knew I probably wouldn't have to reinvent
the wheel, but my search didn't yeild very promising results. I should have
known Marvin would have it all down in black and white for me.

Next, to answer the question about how I'm going to use this,...still working
that out. I'm working on National Board Certification and they want clear,
convinicing evidence of what you say you are doing in the classroom. One of
the things I want to give a grade for is particpataion, but showing the
convincing evidence was stumping me. Now I need to figure out when I'm going
to be able to fill out a rubric on individual students while the discussion is
going on....that hadn't occured to me.

Still thanks to Judy and Michael for helping me shake out the cob webs. It's
so nice to have professionals like you to ask when we get stumped!
