I believe is in the order of hour:minute, Day/Month, Year

So why couldn't 21:12, 21/12, 2112 happen?

It appears to be the same forwards and backwards
This would be Dec. 21, 2112 at 9:12 pm.
Also, what is wrong with these:

20:02, 10/01, 2002 -- Jan 10, 2002 at 8:02 pm
20:02, 20/02, 2002 -- Feb 20, 2002 at 8:02 pm
20:02, 30/03, 2002 -- March 30, 2002 at 8:02 pm
20:02, 01/10, 2002 -- Oct 1, 2002 at 8:02 pm
20:02, 11/11, 2002 -- Nov 11, 2002 at 8:02 pm
20:02, 21/12, 2002 -- Dec 21, 2002 at 8:02 pm

01:02, 10/01, 2010 -- Jan 10, 2010 at 1:02 am
