Sounds like I should have introduced myself the first time I wrote...anyway I
just signed on and am a high school art teacher at a private school in
central Ohio...anyway I was going to say that it is difficult but time well
spent. That is to say, if you can influence a few teachers you can influence
a lot of students. Arts advocacy should be every art teacher's focus at
times. People in general just tend to forget the uniqueness and need reminded.
