I recently participated in a jurried show titled "Artists-Teachers, students and standards. The theme of the show was to show how art teachers are artists and how they use their personal art to teach their students and how they incorporate the art standards into their lessons. Was a great show with wonderful ideas. The kids had the best time. Each teacher whose work was accepted got to bring along 5 student pieces.
