Dear Ann,

Thanks for the great explanation. I love Homer too! I teach art history as
a volunteer in 8th grade Social Studies classes and use Homer to illustrate
their study of the Civil War. We wrap up with a few slides of his other
works and I always have a very hard time choosing. Wish I had seen the
exhibit. Vita
