My students are currently working on the wire/pantyhose sculptures and they
LOVE them! It's so much fun seeing them try all sorts of different painting
techniques--and they want to make more than one, so they can try something
different with the 2nd one.

I love the idea of adding the beads to them! I've recently turned my kids
loose into BOXES of ...."stuff".... that they're using for their
"Screamers," and so I'll tell them that they can add some goodies to their
sculptures, too. Very cool. :-)
