I too teach an hour of high school art , in the middle of my day at the ele,
then back to the ele. How long have you been there ? Stick to your guns, have
high standards and push them. Sooner or later they're gonna figure out you're
not gonns cave in. You've gotta survive till the end of the year, then you
can make other decisions if that's what you want. Maintain your educational
dignity, cos if you go looking for another k=job you're still gonna need
references, and take photos of eveerything that comes out good !
