Hi Shar,
What a great lesson! Since I live in FL I wonder if you could use shaved
ice. When
demonstrating mixing of primary colors, I use the overhead projector,
babyfood jars
with water in them and then I start by mixing one color at a time. The
little kids love it. After the kids watch the colors kind of start mixing
on their own, I pull out my
magic wand (an old paint brush handle) and give it a stir and a secondary
color appears. I always hear, "Do it again!"
