And when you took all this to the Principle- they said what????
Since your the new kid on the block, I would suggest you :
#1-document- everything, ignored orders for supplies, uncooperative people
you've talked to, the money you've spent to keep the program going, the time
your spending
compared to the monet your earning, lack of support or help, ..everything.
Then make an appointment with the principle and share this info.
#2- Learn to say "NO" !!- This can be done in a polite and convincing style
when you keep a planner , pull it out and look at it with a scrunched up brow
, smile and say,
" I'm very sorry, but I just can't see any time for this right now. "

I know you'd like to please everyone, but your not going to be happy with
