One thing I have found is that you cannot 'form' such groups, by mandate, so
to speak. They form themselves. But let people know that such a thing
exists and is continuing, and they may start showing up. Ask each current
participant to bring along one other interested teacher (or parent, for that
matter). People may fall out because of time, other commitments, what have
you, but if the meetings continue, they have the opportunity to come back
in.
Try to keep the structure as low as possible; this gives the group the
flexibility and the opportunity for the participants to address what is of
interest and concern to them.

LOL!! Our two kids being home-schooled, EVERYTHING is related to learning.
