I've had CTS for years. It started when I was in college and I'm 42 now. I
sleep in very rigid braces. They have a two inch metel bar and large velrco
closures. But he best thing I did was to get a cortisone shot in each hand.
I had theat three years ago in an effort to put off surgery and it really
works. I don't have nearly the pain I use to, especially in the middle of
the night and the numbness while I'm working is tolerable. Now I was an
extreme and it may not be for everyone. There are tests to determine the
damage prior to any shots/surgery/braces.
Peace
