I did 2 things that helped.
1. Got a different mouse called Logitech wheel mouse that anatomically fits
the hand so that the wrist is in a more natural position.
2. I wear wrist splints when i sleep. Not beautiful but I don't sleep with
my hands bent in a position that puts strain on them. Yu can buy them in most
large drug stores. I got mine at Wal-mart.
I also do exercises when I remember.
I really have had relief.
