Hummm. They've gone up in price, eh? Well, what doesn't. STILL worth it in
my humble opinion. To solve the "walking stylus" problem, drill a big block
of wood with 72 holes. These 36 compasses will fit into the holes. You only
need to check quickly to see if anything's missing or a hole is vacant. I've
never had a missing stylus in 8 years...knock on wood. I teach middle school
too. BTW...I've GENERALLY not had any problems with mid. school kids goofing
around with the sharp points. However, when I've taught "teachers" for PG
courses, they're always stabbing themselves or sticking the points into
their erasers. Go figure. Toodles.......
