I first saw a Kincade painting in a Gallery in the French Quarter in
New Orleans,
two years ago. Soon he was in a Gallery on the Plaza in KC. Now he is
in all the
major malls and has a book out too. He must have a factory out there somewhere
producing all this nicely framed and well lighted crap. It's our job as
art educators
to convince people that they can buy top quality original art for much
less that they
would pay for a painted over reproduction from Kincades factory.
