FYI Sax has a refillable marker. On p.39 of the catalog you will see the
True Color Liquid Watercolors on the top right hand side. Underneath is the
Liquid Watercolor Washable Markers. You simply soak the markers in the
liquid watercolor. Colors are great! Judy

I would _love_ to see a refillable marker. Stamp pads are refillable; why
couldn't we pull the end off a marker and squeeze some more juice in?
