    Try changing your pace in delivery and expectations, occasionally classes will require quicker or slower deadlines.

    I work with elementary age and a long time ago in a class, I learned that
    you have to repeat something eight times before it is remembered. I try to
    pair up students who "get it quickly" with other students. Sometimes,
    another student can explain the process in another way that is easier to
    understand.
