Hello out there. I'm getting a plaster unit going to prepare for slip casting Art 1 and
Art Combined, which makes it effectively General Art. Anyway, I bought 50# of plaster
(was going to buy more) but I know there are at least five grades of plaster, or am I
wrong, and that all but one of them are fit to make molds from human hands, feet, or
face--torchees anyone?--I have Plaster # 1, same as I used last year for my wedging and
    drying table.

I'm learning this as I go along. It's like waking from a dream and finding out you
really are the tour guide for a white water rafting trip and you have the only paddle.
    Rapids ahead.

So what is the best plaster for face molds and hand molds?

Grateful I am to the entire list
    Tom in Potter
