    I have the article (in hand) and it's 11 pages, double-sided. Not
    prohibitive, if you allow me to include info on a workshop I'm promoting on
    Critical Thinking and Facilitating Dialogue, for me to pick up the minimal
    cost. Just send me your snail address if you haven't already.

    In the meantime, you'll want to check out Pres. Bush's "America 2000" and
    the Carnegie Commission on Science, Technology and Government Report (bad
    raps) and the MIT Commission on Industrial Productivity (strong support).
