    No kidding! Whatever happened to teaching languages? We have 4 core subjects
    and oh, what a great idea, next year they're going to add a reading class as
    one of the required electives. What a concept. A WHOLE QUARTER OF READING.
    WHAT? you are wondering what we are doing now.? Well you see they teach
    reading now in social studies, science, etc. so why do they need a seperate
    reading class? And oh, art, that's just so the teachers can have a free period
    isn't it? It's just fun and games? Huh?????
