Depends on your students and depends on the course of study. I give my phone
number out to parents of outstanding students that may have questions
concerning art shows etc or I may need them to get information to me before
certain deadlines.
My son is in very technical classes and has tracked with certain teachers all
four years in his math and sciences...he has their phone numbers if he needs
it...but would croak first before considering using it. I have all of his
teacher's e-mail addresses if I have a question or concern....I appreciate
using E-mail and their openess to use it.
If you feel comfortable...go ahead...if you don't ...don't.
