RE: NAEA Convention

    The reason I ask is because they have been so helpful, and because the
    science conference is in Orlando this year - during spring break - last year
    April in Boston wasn't a problem - but the airline has already told us that
    we can only take 2 carry ons and check one piece!!! No way to take extra
    luggage!
    The checking service was called 'bag sitters' - I think I have seen them at
    a few conferences -
