If you have pp software, it's easy. Do you know how to open it up? Do you
have a person who is computer lit in your building. Once you enter pp go to
new presentation. Choose from a list of templates which will give you
background for each slide. Click on some of the icons on the bottom of the
screen. One of them will give you a thumbnail of the slides you are doing.
You can add slides by double clicking in the space after the previous one or
go to "new slide". the little movie screen is for viewing the show. You can
insert pictures and clips if you have them in your files. and type in stuff
if you clidk in the boxes on the slides. You need to choose a format before
you do this. If you choose one with a picture, you can use clip art by double
clicking on the picture (to get to the clip art) or by inserting a picture
(see Insert). DOn't forget to set "timings" usually in "tools" or slides
won't go forward. If you choose to do your own timings, just click during the
show and it will proceed. Ask and you shall receive. What else do you need to
know? Usually you open it inside a general file in the HD or under your
personal programs. What version do you have.
    AC
Ps there should be "help files".
