You can insert a pencil through the bottom and top, cover with a slab of
modeling clay, add impressions to the clay, roll over a stamp pad, roll over
the paper and create some line prints. -
I know sculpey or fimo clay is used over pen casings to create beautiful
writing instruments - I don't know about using film canisters as a base to
make amulet necklaces (decorate the outside, add a ribbon, some beads). If
yoiu can't put the clay on them, you could spray paint with flat white, let
the kids decorate with acrylic, seal and do the same thing -
