    Gregg: I've got the same opportunity coming up and we've decided we need: a
    window with shelves for display that looks out onto the front hallway; a
    small blackboard, lots of bulletin boards to post examples and other artists'
    work -- most of our stuff is displayed in the hallways. Display cases for
    the front hallway, a kiln, good shades for the windows if we want to show a
    few slides, wooden drying racks that have drawers that pull out. Cabinets up
    high and counter space all around. Closet for clay and a closet for paint
    stuff. Two sinks with WARM water -- right now we only have COLD! Stools and
    medium sized tables -- our furniture looks like a tag sale at the moment. A
    door to the courtyard next to us.

    If I remember anything else, I'll let you know. Lots of sturdy bookshelves.
