    I would use them to do printing with. You can easily buy adhesive
    fun foam or glue fun foam to one end, that way the cannister is the
    part they hold and it gives more even pressure when stamping. I use
    to do this in preschool and it's great for kindergarten age kids as
    well. So have the kids cut out a small shape or letter and or you
    can use in the area for when kids are done with projects. Make your
    own symbols- decoder- adinkra- letters etc.
