    Only once in my whole career have I had access to a spring-loaded drying rack--and it was at a preschool in Vero Beach Florida, of all places--but that's the way to go if you have the $800 to spend. They are easy and accessable for kids to use. I drool over them in the catalogs, Dick Blick I think, or Sax.
