    No kidding the prices are low. If the film is $30 Canadian the cost in
    American money is about $20. You save mucho money buying Canadian. Check
    out the film board. It is a government funded body and their animation
    studio is world famous. They almost always win an Oscar for animation but
    nobody pays much attention to animation that doesn't come from the big guys
    aka, Disney etc.
