Hi All,
Saw the post about tissue paper and thought this lesson would apply also.
Check the archives a month or two ago, lots of posts about tissue paper. I
posted one about tissue paper kitties.
I also have black and brown leftovers that I picked out from the multicolor
assortment pack. I Immediately thought of trying a crayon resist. Do the
leopard spots or tiger stripes in white or light tan crayon and then apply
the tissue and water over it. When it dries I am envisioning, great animal
skin like textures. Use it like Eric Carle for collage.
How about faux buckskin or cave walls using this same with crayon resist
technique and Lescaux -like animals images or Native American symbols !!!!
I'm on a roll, can't wait to get to school to try this !!!
This list is such a great catalyst for ideas !!!! I LOVE IT !!!!!!
Christine :)
