Well, gee, folks...
For the past few days, I have been working on this computer...some of the
glitches have been removed, but others, not. I'm not sure if I will receive
any communications from you for a while...I may have to go to the public
library to check my email if this Old Geezer of a computer acts up January
1st.
At any rate, I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thank you to
the many who contribute to this list serve. I have learned something from
you all, whether you are a first year or veteran teacher..whether you are
elementary or high school teacher..whether you are in public or private
education, or not in arts education at all...I have valued your point of
view, and enjoyed your discussions...Thank you....
Do you see a glass as half empty, or half full? Are you a pessimist, or
an optimist? I think I agree with comedian Martin Short who is "just so
happy to have a glass." I wish you all the best for the coming New
Year...and hope you'll continue to come up with creative ways in which to
teach your students. Leave a light on for me with the list serve...maybe I
can find my way home through the cybertraffic..

As Always,
Paula
