Hi Every one...I am always asking for help...well I thought I'd take the time
to share a VERY SUccessful one..easy enjoyable and the product is
We spoke of Matisse, patterns, filling spaces, wild colors and expressionism.
We then folded the paper in 4 and filled each section with a number to
create 2000 in bubble letters. We discussed patterns and then I instructed
them to design each number with a different pattern remembering balance,
complimentary colors and matching colors across the piece (one color in next
number,,,,,). Then were very creative. We them outlined in black, cut them
out, mounted them on a complimentary color to the major color used and
glittered. I then asked them about a resolution for 2000. I created a
template on the computer with a section for them to add their name and their
resolution. We pronted them out and attached them to the bottom of the
project. Great product!!!! We are going to display them in our town for
January and then bring them home so that they can keep in mind their funny one.....I will try to be on the right page in
Science!!!!! Have a good New Years..Hope all is safe...I'lll be in NY
(scared to death!!!) robin.
