Please contact if you would like more information about the skills needed
to pursue a career in Classical animation or computer animation. I have 25
years in the animation industry and have taught for 20 years (mostly, part
time). I really would enjoy the opportunity to help folks at all levels. My
former students work at all the major studios in the world. I spent 3 1/2
years as head of animation programs at the Disney Institute.

The primary ingredient for any animator (computer or traditional) is
observational drawing (drawing from life) and not cartoons.
